October 7-9, 2016, Noel Clark will be
leading Foundations and Fundamentals of Riding at Peirce Equestrian
located at 21384 County Road 116 in Tyler, Texas.
Noel has dedicated his life to horses and
to educating riders. He began riding in-utero, with his first solo ride at the
age of three. Noel has been vigilant in the continued search for the best
knowledge and coaching possible to further and hone his equestrian skills. Some
of those people include George Morris, Denny Emerson, Blyth Taite, and Peter
Gray to name a few coaches, Vet clinics such as Rood and Riddle, Virginia Tech
and Burwash clinic and some of the best farriers and alternative medicine
specialists across North America.
Noel's initial focus was in the sport of
Three-Day Eventing, achieving a spot on the Canadian Olympic Team long list for
the first time in 2006 aboard his three star mount, Jack of Hearts owned by the
Canadian Equestrian Team. Over the past several years, Noel has also added Show
Jumping to his focus. Noel was fortunate to get the opportunity to travel with
George Morris on his four week/18 day clinic tour in the fall of 2014. During
that trip, Noel was able to observe and learn some of Mr. Morris’ vast wealth
of knowledge being applied to over 350 horse/rider combinations.
Noel’s coaching approach is to provide his
students with education on how to train and ride a horse and to assist them in
learning the skills required to perform these tasks. Noel offers a unique and
easy to understand approach focused on the importance of the fundamentals,
clear communication with the horse and attention to detail. He strives to make
a positive difference in every horse and rider he has the privilege of working
with.
